Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made on toybite.us ("the Site"), operated by ToyBite / Feray Korkmaz, Georg-August-Zinn-Str. 25, 64354 Reinheim, Germany. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The contract
Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline any order (e.g. pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud).

2. Prices
All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order. As a business based in the EU selling to customers outside the EU, EU VAT does not apply to your order; any US sales tax, customs duties, or import fees are your responsibility unless otherwise stated (see Payment Terms below).

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (major credit/debit cards and any other methods listed).
  • Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at the time of order; we do not store your full card details.
  • All charges are billed in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your card is issued in another currency — these are outside our control.
  • Orders are shipped only once payment has been successfully received.

4. Delivery

6. Product descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Minor variations (e.g. packaging, color) may occur. We are not liable for typographical errors, and reserve the right to correct them.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ToyBite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or this Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German or applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that may apply in your favor.
