1. Shipping origin

All orders ship from Germany (EU) to your delivery address, including addresses within the United States.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

3. Estimated delivery times

International shipping from Germany to the US typically takes 7–16 business days, depending on the carrier and customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays outside our control (customs, weather, carrier delays) can occur.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size, and shown before you confirm payment.

5. Customs, duties, and import taxes

Shipments from Germany to the US may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by US Customs and Border Protection. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for current thresholds and rates.

6. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

7. Lost or delayed shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at feray.korkmaz02@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

8. Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address, unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may involve an additional shipping fee.
